Meet Shelby
Shelby Bradford MCN, RD, LD
Shelby has been in the health and wellness field for 10 years. After graduating from Texas A&M University in 2013, she began her career working in weight management. In that position, she saw just how damaging dieting was to the physical and emotional well-being of her clients. Many, if not most, had significant disordered eating behaviors; she knew there had to be a better way.

In 2015, she went back to school for her Master’s in Clinical Nutrition at UT Southwestern Medical Center where she developed the skill to compliment her passion for improving unhealthy relationships with food. She spent 3 years working alongside a phenomenal team of therapists and dietitians utilizing Intuitive Eating principles to bring about real change in their clients. That experience continues to influence her counseling style today. Shelby is committed to providing a weight neutral environment where health is the ultimate focus.

When Shelby is not on the clock, you can find her laughing at a comedy show, trying out a new restaurant, or on a road trip with friends!
